Old Crondi will have a limited supply of skins available for purchase if you are lucky enough to find her fishhook. They are not cheap, but can be added to items by any merchant who is willing as some sort of adornment.

If you have ever wanted a cloak that is edged in elven skin or a shirt with halfling skin cuffs, this is your chance.
