Love the addition of the greater dispel boost up to 5 and the enhancive permanence.

Is there any chance we can have water and/or air flares added to the options for the common/uncommon/rare flare certs? (Whichever one is most appropriate.)

Pretty sure it's the former, since they sell the "change your AsG" (from a fixed # to a fixed #) in HESS for a darn sight more...

Are DB boots/gloves eligible for the UCS conversion? (Old-style DB items that is.)
