Mind over Body (1213) has received a small update. It has been updated to save fractions of stamina savings to apply to future stamina-costing abilities. For example, if your 1213 spell grants you 27% stamina reduction, and you activate a normally 50 stamina cost ability, the reduction would be 13.5 stamina, which would reduce the cost from 50 stamina to 37. However, now, that 0.5 stamina is stored for later, so the next time you activate that ability, it would only cost 36 stamina.

"However, now, that 0.5 stamina is stored for later, so the next time you activate that ability, it would only cost 36 stamina." -- Oscuro's post, emphasis mine
And I just re-read what you wrote. Question for you:
- Is each fractional cost saved & tracked separately, which is how what you posted seems to actually read?
(So here is this fraction over here from the MStrike, and this fraction over here from Surge of Strength, and this fraction over here from Burst of Swiftness. The next time the MStrike fraction gets added to, if >= 1.000, that MStrike's cost is reduced. Surge & Burst remain unaffected and tracked by themselves.)
- Or are "all fractional costs pushed into the same pool", so that "the next time the fractions sum to >= 1.000, a point of stamina is reduced from the cost"?

I used the words "that ability" to not have to repeat "an ability which costs 50 stamina." I was merely offering one example for illustration's sake. So, yes, the spell now uses decimal math up to the hundredths place as you'd expect; it's not tied to any specific stamina-costing ability.

The recent Mind over Body (1213) change to store fractions of stamina savings has been reverted. The spell is back to using the original formula that had been used since its original release years ago.
The reason for this reversion is that the original formula was unintentionally written (by me) in a way that had rounded up for remainders of 0.5 and higher. Typically, GemStone uses integer math such that fractions are completely truncated. The recent change was meant to be an improvement for players under all circumstances, but it turned out that was only the case about half of the time. In addition, it introduced uncertainty when activating an ability because stamina costs could vary by one due to the saved up fractions. In the end, we decided the best course of action was to just use the original formula. I apologize for this oversight on my part.
