My dearest Diary,

Life as a Princess is so difficult. The plebians of Zoluren do not understand me. Will they ever? I suppose it is a lot to ask of such simpletons. They are nothing, and I am everything. I grace them with my presence and attentions, yet they are incapable of returning complex emotions. Requited love, admiration, devotion. A Princess of my caliber deserves, nae demands, these things! Yet they do not know what they are. I suppose I will give the pitiful little darlings more time. A Princess must learn to be patient!

The women are a different story from the men. While the men drool, unused to seeing such unrivaled beauty, the women stare. I see the way they look at me. There is envy in their eyes. I shouldn't fault them for their jealousy. That they are outshined by a boy is out of their control. But can I be blamed for being born with such amazing bone structure??! I digress...

I met a handsome Kaldar recently. He's unlike the rest of these commoners. I was gracing the empaths with my presence when he arrived. He immediately recognized me for the amazing prize that I am and gave me his full attention. He even bought me the golden bracelet that I am wearing now! It is engraved with the words "in love forever" along the clasp. This is the type of man I could marry, handsome and smitten!! I hope he knows that I want a nice, diamond crusted, platinum band with a big rock on top. (It has to be big!) Pink really is my color.

There is a Human too. He says that he is an Idon Raider. I'm not sure what that means, except maybe that he is as handsome as Idon himself and welcome to raid me any time he likes! He and the Kaldar even fought over me! In public!!! It was a spar to the near-death! (I can't have my Princes killing each other.) I was afraid they would get blood on my new pink harem pants. That would have made me very angry, and no one should invoke the wrath of a Princess, oh no. I won't say who won, but the whole spectacle made me giggle with excitement!

Once again, the women present were so very jealous. Oh well, such is the life of a Princess. Those that hate are going to hate. In the meantime, I'll continue to serve 24-karat realness, honey.

I think I'll go shopping now!!!
