Happy Tuesday, folks!

This week, Paklin brings another update to the REGISTER verb -- it now supports urchin runners for remote registration convenience! It uses the same checks and has the same item requirements as the in-person registration. You will not need the 5 gold to register an item, but you will need the 5 silver if you're trying discover who an item is registered to (if not yourself). If you have the time-based urchins, that usage is prioritized over the individual charge-based version.

The in-office signs and the syntax info were updated to reflect the new urchin option. If you run into any quirks, please let us know!

REGISTER URCHIN	Allows you to register an item by using an urchin runner pass.
