This was originally announced on our official Discord server.  In Javac's own words:

This week for Fun Friday, we're releasing another new ACM: Distract!  A distracting attack towards vulnerable areas, so the attacker can slip into hiding.  In addition to Barbarians using their Expertise skill to reduce the cooldown, Thieves can use their Backstab skill to reduce the cooldown.
