This was originally announced on our official Discord server.  In Esora's own words:

A familiar face has set aside his grumbling -- at least some of it.  Dokt the Healer, long known for his gruff triage work, has traded bandages for baked goods in a freshly renovated shop within Knife Clan.

After waking from time lost to the conflict between the Heralds and the Immortals, Dokt found himself older, bitter, and no longer called to the blood and urgency of surgery.  What followed was reflection -- and then flour.  His cave now serves as a small, stone-hewn bakery stocked with a dozen varieties of herbal healing cookies.
Whether you’re bruised, battered, or just craving something oddly medicinal, stop by and sample his wares.  They're not quite tasty, but they do the job.

The signs have been there since Knife Clan was freed from the encasement.  Dokt has been progressively slower and more grumpy in his messaging and responses to certain verbs.  At last, the construction crew has arrived and done its job -- what once was the Clan's triage has now been converted to something less stressful for an aging Dokt.  He still tends to the Clan's needs, but in a new way.
