General Info: Thagoria of the Sorcerer Guild will be raffling off a minor demon summoning rune teaching to 1 winner, to be drawn on January 31st outside the Mist Harbor Bank.  Ticket price is 100k silvers.  This includes abyran'sa.  This will not be a delayed service.  The winner must be a sorcerer, must be at least level 25, must be in the room, and must be Premium.  If the winner already knows 5 uncommon runes, they will need to forget one to replace it.
