General Info: Those with access to the Isle of Four Winds are invited to come out and get their finery further unlocked!  There is a very specific list of items that can be worked on and what exactly can be unlocked. There will be no fee associated with this service. but each account is limited to one unlock.    There will be a sign at this event detailing exactly what can be worked on, and any limitations. Unlocks will be done for all individuals that are present precisely at 3pm EST.
