The tournament rules: The players chosen to pillow fight each other will take turns hitting each other. The first person to stun the other twice wins! After you win, you cannot compete again. Silverwood Manor can be accessed via Wehnimer's Landing, Ta'Vaalor, Icemule, and Teras Isle.
