General Info: Ellehe will be raffling off a fully unlocked, T3 Hairstyle mirror on the main deck of the Ice Razor. Tickets will be 200K and the drawing will be at 3:00 pm EST. The mirror is pre-designed by the merchant. Afterwards, Ellehe will be customizing wares in her shop, A Hairy Situation. This will include unlocks of items sold in her shop.
