General Info: An enchanting raffle for the citizens of Solhaven ONLY. * Items currently above 7x (+35 or higher) are NOT eligible for this service. * Items with more than 10 points of padding/weighting are NOT eligible for this service. * Items with combat scripts (anything other than pure fluff) are NOT eligible for this service. * Items with any other special ability (defenders, TD, Permabless, etc) are NOT eligible * Items with non-scripted flares ARE eligible. * Items with heavy padding/weighting (10 points) or less ARE eligible. * Items with fluff scripts ARE eligible. The winners of these raffles are expected to report to claim their prize within 5 minutes of their name being drawn.
