General Info: <html-blob><p>The Gnome Deroandal will be offering anchoring services to the citizens of Mist Harbor. Ten citizens will be selected as well as an additional five non-citizens, whom can select one of five preset locations. Additionally, there will be a raffle for a custom anchoring location. He will spin promptly for those lucky enough to receive this service. The fee will be 25k.</p></html-blob>
