General Info: Having recently heard complaints from Estate Holders about old merchant vouchers being irredeemable, the Estate Holder Council has arranged to have the Witch's Apprentice Phinara visit the Cabana in Fang Cove. While Phinara was able to learn a lot during her short apprenticeship with Keishalae, please be prepared with a few ideas on what you'd like done as she may not be able to offer the exact work described on the voucher. All other standard alteration rules will apply. For this first session, she'll be limiting her time to 5 Estate holders and the normal 90-day timer will apply if you're selected.
