General Info: Qozahr the Magnificent will be spinning for 5 winners to receive magic item recharging on February 17th.  This will be to a *maximum* of 40 charges, even if the item is capable of holding more!  This will happen in the backroom of The Dented Phylactery in Bloodriven Village at Duskruin.  Only 1 item will be recharged per winner.  Cost is variable depending on the item.  Only those customers Qozahr has not done recharging for this year are eligible to be spun.  Note that the merchant recharging of a magical item will reduce its maximum possible charges by 5 each time it is recharged.
