General Info: Join Krontok in the Pavilion of the Winterberries off the Town Commons in River's Rest on January 14th.  He will be performing weighting, padding, or sighting services for citizens of River's Rest and will use a spinner to pick no more than 25 individuals.  You must have been a citizen for at least 180 days, and you can have up to 10 WPS services.  Cost is variable depending on the item.
