General Info: An artisan from the Ragnak Clan will arrive in the Workroom located through an obsidian-framed archway in the Citizens' Nook of the Clan Hall on Mithril Way. They will be offering weighting and padding services to Teras Isle citizens.  Those who are selected can purchase up to 10 services of weighting or padding on a single item.  This will respect any existing service window when determining cost in silvers. Rules:  - Passing items between characters is not permitted. - Leaving the room after being selected will immediately forfeit your turn. Eligibility: - Must be a citizen of Teras Isle for at least 90 days at the time of this event. - You must not have any previously done Citizens-Only WPS on the character within the last 6 months.
