General Info: Kamphorena will be appearing at the Citizen Lounge to offer her general services, including alterations, customizations (only one), lightening and deepening for citizens of Cysaegir.  Her fee will be 25,000, but she welcomes tips for her time. OOC Note: Must have been a citizen at least 30 days.  Citizenship time requirements are at the GM's discretion, and depending on turnout at citizenship-based events like this, we may do variances (such as spinning for groups who have been citizens longer to start and then reducing the time requirement incrementally as time allows). This will ensure long-term citizens have precedence over those swapping citizenship to hit multiple towns' events.
