General Info: Head to the rooftop park of Moonglae Inn and settle in with a splendid view of the Shining City as a local merchant crafts personalized boxes, bags, and other containers to hold gifts for the upcoming holidays.  He will also customize parchment and envelopes if you have stationary you wish to use for the holidays.  You will need to bring your own containers and/or stationary for this service and the cost is 25,000 silvers  Please plan to bring notes or the coin with you as no runner will be available.
