General Info: Seamstress Indres will be visiting the Shining City and offering alterations, lightening, or deepening for citizens, then partial citizens only.  OOC Note: Must have been a citizen at least 30 days.  Citizenship time requirements are at the GM's discretion, and depending on turnout at citizenship-based events like this, we may do variances (such as spinning for groups who have been citizens longer to start and then reducing the time requirement incrementally as time allows). This will ensure long-term citizens have precedence over those swapping citizenship to hit multiple towns' events.
