General Info: Prepare for the Topsy-Turvy Masque by having your mask decorated or your outfit spiffed up. The House of Paupers will have masks available for those who may not already have one to be worked on. Please help as many people as possible prepare by having your decoration design ready. Bardfest finalists are also invited to have a costume item made for their performance!
