General Info: Fenkleth has decided to go on a world tour of Elanthia, and will be visiting the various Four Winds Halls scattered the world around.  She will be offering general alteration services and will be using the same spinner for the whole year, so that she can work with as many new people as possible.  Her services cost 50,000, and she will employ runners as needed.  Fenkleth will have a sign present that you will really want to read! This month, Fenkleth will be diverting from her Four Winds Halls tour to visit Bloodriven Village.  She will be visiting the Viridian Coil's Loft on Fashanos 20, about 2:30pm as the elves tell time.  She will still only be working for Premium customers during this visit!
