General Info: Seamstress Ylynnil has ventured  back to Ta'Illistim after hearing about the ball.  To raise funds for her travels, she will be offering her services for non-armor cloth and leather items.  This includes general alterations, lightening, and deepening.  She will also gladly accept tips in the form of chocolate, but that will be separate from her fee of 50,000 silvers.
