General Info: Gentleman Hoorne has a fun SURPRISE for Kraken's Fall citizens.  He will release this surprise at 7 p.m. ET on March 7.  At that time, he will also perform <span>general alteration services, as well as lightening and deepening services, for a selection from among those in attendance. </span><br><span><br></span>Please meet him on the Nereid's Cradle, Canopied Walk (7132103) ahead of this surprise and the subsequent citizen GALD.  Gentleman Hoorne will do the rest.  Trust him.<br><br><span>NOTE: 30 days of continuous Kraken's Fall citizenship is required to be eligible for this work.  Hoorne charges 25,000 silvers for his work.</span>
