General Info: Gentleman Hoorne will be luxuriating at the Kraken's Fall Night Market <span>and invites citizens of Kraken's Fall to join him there at 7 p.m. Elven on December 11.  At that time, he will provide general alteration services, as well as lightening and deepening services, for those in attendance.  </span><span>There may also be breezy island beverages of Hoorne's own creation. </span><br><span><br></span><br><span>NOTE: 30 days of continuous Kraken's Fall citizenship is required to be eligible for this work.  Hoorne charges 25,000 silvers for his work.</span>
