General Info: Master Blacksmith Igvan works on metal items below the forge in Zul Logoth.  He can lighten or change the appearance of most metal equipment with the exception of black ora, coraesine, ghezyte, urglaes, urnon, and xazkruvrixis because they are too difficult to work on in such an informal setting.  In an effort to save time, Igvan requests all payments be made in silvers.  He will also accept notes from any issuer.
