General Info: Mistress Hepit will be returning to Mist Harbor to do some tattoo work for up to five Mist Harbor Citizens who are interested.  She will be spinning for her services, and there will be a nominal fee.  No wandering, living, or otherwise magical tattoos, just ART!  Bring your ideas and your silvers! Please note that Mistress Hepit will be returning monthly, and will retain her list for the remainder of the year.  This means that if you are spun at this session, you will not be able to be spun again until the end of the year*. * Please further note that if a point is reached at which there are no eligible citizens who wish tattoos, an announcement will be distributed informing players that the list will be cleared for the following month, allowing previous winners to win again.
