General Info: Roxe will be raffling off a permanent scroll cutter. The raffle is located on the cobblestone pathway just outside of her red wagon in Mist Harbor. Please read the ticket for pertinent information. Following the raffle, she will work on scroll cutters (and only on scroll cutters) in her wagon for a short time. Selectees will be able to have charges added and an alteration performed to a single scroll cutter each.
